Non capisco come funziona, perche ci sono 60sec per fare 2 push-ups??? Trovo altre app simili migliori per le mie essigenze.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ON THIS APP. Dont get this app. I gave them two stars becasue at least they developed one. Like many apps, it has multiple ads that run EVERY TIME you open it. It pushes you towards the premium paid app as well. I get it, you have to pay for the app development. But this one has entirely too many ads and you can hardly use the app as a result. I deleted and found another one.
Idk what happened but I can no longer get pass the main loading screen. Sad days

This app may be great but since it just freezes at the main screen I will never know.
I love the app it’s just half the time it won’t load, I click continue to app and it just sits there forever.
The app gets stuck in the first screen and does not load.

This is on an iPhone 12 with iOS up to date. It freezes at the intro screen and never progressed beyond that point.

No good instructions on how to use the app. There should be a quick video imbedded in the app to “show” people what to do.
It's a good app and it helps push me to actually do the exercise. It's nice to be able to see your progress from when you started to how many push-ups you are doing now. I would add that it would be good if you could change the amount of push-ups you did in case you did more and see that reflected in the chart.
Used for 2 weeks and now the app is unusable/unresponsive. Very low quality app.
To many adds, the app went from 1st complete day to final test in 1 day

Been using this for almost a decade. It’s simple and gets the job done. It holds me accountable and gives me decent rest when I need it. Nothing like having an app that just does what it needs to.

One of my favorite apps till a recent update. It seems to crash frequently and reset during workouts.
This app will push you. But, it’s worth it if you endure it.

Starts out with 50 pushups to do on day 1? Not realistic for beginners
At 52 years of age currently still a police officer and volunteer fire fighter I can do more push ups in a minute then most mid 30’s guys or girls. I’ve shortened my time and spread arms out further to create a more intense chest work out. Feel the burn. Awesome.
The only bad is , i think is to hard to move day to day.

6 years ago?? Maybe it was longer but I need this extra motivation again. I have a nerve problem in my hand so I need a coach right now because I haven’t been able to do more than 40 and it’s been a decade since it’s been 40 so idk where to start haha. We will see how it goes but I believe in the app
Gets difficult on week 6, but I can do more push-ups at 41 years old. than I ever could. Can do more than my 18 year old son who is a high school wrestler in top shape, even though he won't admit I can. This app is the best way for guys to start a fitness program!

Through week 4, I have found no flaws in the app. Good job developer.
Cons - the time on the app watch doesn't give an notification when is time to rest or continue (So put watch in no sleep mode). Sometimes it doesn't record what you did in the journal even if the watch tells you finished. Pros - you get the work out, good starting point Tips - instead of time how about you only time the rest and just have a button to press when you finish each set.

I am a PE teacher who has started this app months ago. I started with week 2 and followed the workouts 3x a week (never skipped a day). I have completed all 6 weeks but I have to pause the app in between rest breaks to finish the workouts. Today, I repeat week 6 weekly to continue the workout. My girlfriend has noticed a difference in my chest and triceps. This is a great at home exercise to do.
Great way to sneak in a quick workout when I don't have to get to the gym.
