a little guidance maybe?
Great app, but theres nothing to say how to use it. I just went straight to using the tutorials for standard push ups but then, each weeks set has only 3 days worth - what does this mean? Do each day twice for each week? Or do a day set every other day? I started week 1 day one for one day, week 1 day 2 the following day, week 1 day 3 the next and so on.
I struggle on the last set for week 4 day 2, do I keep doing it until no longer shakey?
Theres no doubt its helping me reach my goal (which is why Im giving 4 vice 3 stars) it just needs some direction on how to make the best use of this app.
