Great app for push up circuit training. Worth the download.
I work out 5xs a week, and this app provides a great kick in the butt for maintenance of my push-up reps. When you stick to a regimented workout routine you can forget to do your push-ups, not with this app.

Its could be good but the amount of push-ups it wants me to do in week one is more then the initial amount I could do. Its messed up! Fix and Ill re-review it.
Easy to use.
Started with only being able to complete 18 push ups now that is less than a warm up set for me! If you are motivated then this app is for you, if you cant handle the intensity of 3-5 times a week go ahead and stay on the couch.

Simple app. Free version does what it purports. Its getting me to do push ups. Im not sure what the training progression is based on, but its free so no complaints here.
Recommended! I dont love the voice but I do love the built-in warmup, rests, and cool downs.
Quickest way to a stronger chest and triceps
Im on my second round of push-up routine with this app. It really does work to get you doing more push-ups than you thought you could do.
One addition I would consider is editable results area each day, and an algorithm to tailor future workouts to the days results. Say if you dont meet the goal or you exceed it. So far Ive just taken to going back a day or so until I get through it.
Gives you a daily goal. Challenging.
