Great app

Very good....however probably designed for men....as a woman it is taking longer for the muscles to build up so I am having to repeat sessions before moving up to the next level

Its a decent app, it motivates you to keep doing your push-ups, especially if your going to have a competition with your brother I friend. Though it is a good app, there are some flaws, such as the voice sounding terrible, and for some people, it might start you off with way to many push-ups, and increase to fast each day. Other than that its a decent app.

3 workouts per week

If you do not use the reminder - it is three workouts per week, if you do push-ups every day make sure you repeat each workout twice.

Good up to a point

I love that it gives you a schedule of sets to do, and you can set reminders. Its nice that there are many different kinds of push-up described, but then the app doesnt relate them to the programme! Lets say I can only do a few push-ups on my knees, or inclined. How do I work up to more difficult ones? Do I do the whole programme on my knees and then start again once I reach 100 of that type? Do I mix them up? It gives no indication. Ive been doing the programme with "standard" push-ups. Im just starting, and I got stuck on day 3 of week one. I can do all but the final set—which I have to break up. Is it okay that I stop and rest as long as I finish them? Should I switch to inclined or knee push-ups to finish? It doesnt say. Ive decided to keep doing day 3 until I can do it right. Is that the right way to go about it? It doesnt say. If I pause for a rest in the middle of my final set, but ultimately do them all, should I move on? I guess its good that you can change the reps manually, but I would prefer it if you could just turn the whole difficulty up or down. If I reduce one set of reps, shouldnt that affect the rest of the programme? I dont want to have to change the numbers for 5 sets x 18 days. I got the app to make things simple, so I really want an app that knows more than I do and will just boss me around like a trainer. I was really looking for an app that was like Couch to 5K—one that acted as a coach and took the guesswork away. I see this getting there. I hope it will. Also, tell me why I should pay to upgrade! Because I will if theres a reason! But I wont if you wont tell me why! Also, the voice is a little weird.

Great app, but theres nothing to say how to use it. I just went straight to using the tutorials for standard push ups but then, each weeks set has only 3 days worth - what does this mean? Do each day twice for each week? Or do a day set every other day? I started week 1 day one for one day, week 1 day 2 the following day, week 1 day 3 the next and so on. I struggle on the last set for week 4 day 2, do I keep doing it until no longer shakey? Theres no doubt its helping me reach my goal (which is why Im giving 4 vice 3 stars) it just needs some direction on how to make the best use of this app.

Easy!!!!

So easy to use! Once you do your initial test it sets up a programme for you. All you have to do is turn it on and do the number of push-ups and reps it tells you! It will even count down you rest time!! Love getn huge!!

Great app

Its great but would like it if there would be more weeks and less of an addition in reps between weeks, week 4 is where it gets difficult. Still 5 star because this is no big deal just a suggestion.
