Very useful
I like this app very much. I have been using it for months and I am well on my way to reach my goal of 100 straight push ups. I think there are some steps that are very large leaps compared to others. I.e. it can be easy to get stuck in some levels since the next level is much harder. Recommended!
Using this app I made my own plan and workouts and have been on it for a month and I have gained muscle mass on my chest, triceps, and shoulders. Love it!
Its got everything you want. I dont even know what the pro version could have that this Doesnt. The progression is fierce but take your time, youll get there.
It works!!! Follow the program as it is...at the beginning youll feel like youre able to do more, dont! Stick to the program and youll see results and get to the 100 non-stop, Im at 55 non-stop

This app has helped me to gain a lot of upper body strength. It was really hard at first but soon I started noticing that I could get through the sets a little easier, even though the reps are going up. Im still doing incline push-ups but once I can complete the whole challenge doing incline, Ill change to regular and do it all again. You choose your difficulty level to help prevent feelings of failure. If I can do it, you can too! Good Luck! :)

Really Helps
These days anybody can whip an app which would just throw some 10-15-12-12-17 exercise program at you (there dozens of those out there). Whats really needed is an app where you can easily adjust difficulty and which doesnt just end the program in 6 weeks.
If you do not review the app by week 3 a message will appear and ask you to rate it, the screen will not allow you to do anything and you have to erase the app and restart. Im reviewing it first this time to see what happens.
Want results fast? Do the pushups every day. Went from maxing at 11 to maxing at 36 in 4 days! Great app high recommendations!
Im a beginner and I am already up to 68 push-ups! It reminds you when its time to work out so no excuses not to do it! You will be surprised at how fast you will progress.
This works well as long as u can push yourself.. Super easy to use..

Pretty good app, not sure if I can speed up the timers... But I actually need them right now. The audio on start and cool down could be better. Initially I had no idea what it was saying.
