Works well, except for music player, which stops at first sound effect and doesnt start back up.
This is a really great app to work on your arm, leg, and core muscles no matter what level of skill you are. I had this app before and within a week i was able to do at least 50 pushups flat.
Personally reached a hundred. Great system, do not hesitate to start on the day one. It basically creates a certain space in your triceps in order to sequentially increase the quantity of your push ups and eventually achieve desired 100. Everything you might need from the course included in such a little app, cheers to the developer!

Simple easy to use Cant ask for much more besides a hot instructor yelling at me "up...down" Then it would be perfect!! Please try out this app and stick with it Nothing wrong with being healthy and able to lift your own body weight !!!
This is a very effective app. It keeps me on top of my push ups and the regimen is manageable.

This app does what its supposed to do. Keeps me on a nice schedule of small push up workouts. Paired with other routines you dont need a gym membership

Been using this app for a week and it is great. Pushed me to the limit each time I worked out. Try it out and do it for a week at least.
It really helps to do 100 push ups
More flexible plans (easy, medium, difficult) would be nice for the start and progression, as some of the jumps from week to week are rather large.
I used this program not being able to do more than 20 push ups. By the end of the last week I was doing 300 over multiple sets! Loved it.
This is a very good good app for making muscles and to do 100 push ups, i highly recommend it
