This app does what it says it does - manages the 100-push-up program for you - but it repeatedly reminds you to rate it. Even when you say you dont want to rate it, it continues to remind you. So here I am, rating it in an attempt to get the reminders to stop.
Well I dont know yet. I havent finished the program but Im getting hounded to rate the program, so unfortunately it hasnt helped me yet...
Its very simple but very effective
I like that I can change the number of reps in each set depending on how Im feeling. Not a bad little app.
Good. Easy to use. Will only pull music from iTunes. I wish it would pull from Amazon content on my phone.
This app is so simple and easy and it works all you need to maintain and keep your goal of strength. Would gladly recommend to anybody trying to get into shape!!

Keeps you on a plan. Not too easy; not unattainable. Nice graphs, too.
Gets difficult on week 6, but I can do more push-ups at 41 years old. than I ever could. Can do more than my 18 year old son who is a high school wrestler in top shape, even though he wont admit I can. This app is the best way for guys to start a fitness program!
This app makes me want to do push-ups. There is room for so much more content. Please add additional workouts into this app, and make the larger set first. Its really difficult to do a lot of push-ups for round 5. Besides that, this app is brilliant, and it is great for anyone looking to include push-ups into his or her workout.
I like this app. When I stay consistent, I see good results. I have reset it several times and started over. I am on a routine with tricep push-ups now.
Set your settings and let it remind you when to do your push-ups. I love this app!
